We're heading to the hospital on Tues. Sept. 23rd....woohoo!!

Only 3 more days until the newest May will be here. 

I went to the doctor last week and nothing had changed so she called and got me a inducing date...which I'm perfectly fine with that.  I was induced with Carter and it was a breeze, so I'm crossing my fingers that this will be the same.

Visitors are more than welcome either at the hospital or at home.  I'm so ready to meet her!!!

Baby Gracen Is On Her Way!!!

Well, I went to the doctor this morning and she's measuring bigger than what she should at this time. Doc said "further along that she should" so....I guess that means I could have her any day from now until then...that's really intelligent sounding, huh? She's weighing 5 lbs, 5 oz. as of now so we'll see. That's only 1 lb smaller than what Carter weighed when he was born. I hope she's not too big. She's got chubby cheeks. At least that's what the dr. said I was looking at. That stuff really doesn't look like anything but a bunch of blah if you ask me.

Having the day off!!!

Well, today is Friday and I thought I was going to have to work a little today since I switched my schedule around to take my MeeMaw to the eye dr. yesterday but somehow I managed to get everybody seen yesterday. So in other words, me and lil man are chillin' at the house today while Fred is out bush hoggin' for Game and Fish.

Carter is having a great day running around in his boots and diaper. Hey, he picked it all out. Isn't he so cute?!?!



So, one another note.
They're building a house for Extreme Home Makeover out here in Perry Co., not too far from our house. How neat is that?!?! That show always makes me cry.
My father-in-law is going to be working to help this week. If I see anybody where I can get some pictures I'll post them.

Well, it's almost time to eat and maybe (crosses fingers) we both can take a nap after Days of Our Lives!!

In the process

Well, I'm taking Keisha's advice and I'm actually doing something with this site. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our little girl, Gracen, so I've been doing a lot of things around the house and I neglected my blogging duties. So I do apologize.

So, hopefully within the next few days or so I will have made myself get with the program and start posting some updates and what-have-you. In the meantime...trust that I'll be nesting...(I cleaned the fridge out the other night) and I will be making a small but hopefully significant dent in Carter's scrapbook so that I can focus on baby girl's scrapbook....and yes, I will post pictures.

In fact, as we all wait for her grand entrance into this world...here is the first scrapbook page I've made for her....all we need is her and the pictures to fill it up.
